My 1st time going abroad

It has been a month i didn't update my blog. I'm almost forgotten that i've my own blog. Erm, juz want to share my 1st experience going abroad last 2 months. Alhamdulillah, i was choosen to go for a trip to Hong Kong with my colleagues by end of July 2008. It was the countdown of Olympic sport event. I was in HK and Macau for 5 days.

Day 1:

Arrived at HK International Airport, its a big airport with i think about 60-70 terminals.. there are train in the airport to move people from departure hall to terminal gate.. can u imagine how big it is.. i can saw the Olimpic posters everywhere in the airport..

We stay at hotel in Kowloon which located in the mainland (border to china). HK have so many islands. The area we stay called Tim Sha Shui.. this area more a less looked like Pudu area in KL..

Yang membezakan Pudu and Kowloon is the vehicle on the road, kete sane semua besar2, tak nampak pon Kancil, Kelisa, Myvi.. Sumenye kete yang 2.0cc and above.. Motor plak takde yang EX5, kriss dll.. Sume pakai scooter.. Pastu banyak taxi merah cam dalam drama or movie HongKong kat TV tu. Pastu ade Double Decker bas... and ramai sangat pedestrian, but less vehicle on the road.

Masa lalu depan petrol station tu, tengok dekat board dia tulis harga petrol 1 litre = 8HKD (+-RM16 seliter). Mahal giler herga minyak. Sebab tu ramai yang jalan kaki.

Boleh dikatakan Public Transport di HongKong sangat efficient. Especially subway train dia, every 2 or 3 km mesti ade satu subway station.. Tambang setiap station is 2HKD (RM1). Murah and senang nk bergerak. Pastu subway dia plak panjang.. kalau turun bawah, yang dok jalan underground tu memang ramai.
